My Lunch

lunch6-2706_27_13_135055kale, lettuce, tomato, onion, orange sweet pepper, yellow summer squash, garbanzos, raw sunflower seeds, some crunched up quinoa flax-seed crackers, red pepper flakes, garlic, Himalayan salt pink salt,  fresh ground pepper, raspberry and walnut vinaigrette. all washed down with an Arnold Palmer. MMMMMMMMM!
