Vegan Butternut Squash Soup

This Vegan Butternut Squash Soup is the perfect way to welcome fall! It’s warm-spiced, hearty, and oh-so-cozy! It’ll be a part of your rotation all season long. note: I omitted the oil and sauteed with water. I also omitted the cashews  and made this with oat milk. I Have heart issues so I avoid all fats and oils. It  is delicious without them.
