Manifesto

OIl is fat. No such thing as a healthy fat. If a receipe calls for oil you can easily find substitutes. For your health, my health and the health of the planet, I will stick to whole-food, plant based recipes.  Junk food vegans won’t find much  solace here. High carb, i.e. potatores , rice and corn,; low/no fat foods and cooking; leafy green vegetables,; all other vegetables; beans, legumes including soybeans; fruit;  whole grains with minmal processing.; all of thses make up the bulk of my diet. It worksas  I have lost well over 100 pounds and totally reversed my type 2 diabetes. LET FOOD BE THY MEDICINE
