For these vegan Falafel Burgers I’ve made some homemade burger buns with different flours. I used a mix of all-purpose, buckwheat and spelt flour. This Kohlrabi Schnitzel Burger is super delicious! It tastes kind of summery – despite the Thousand Island sauce. Recently I’ve found a new vegan mayonnaise in the supermarket (I’ve used the VegaVita brand) and I had to try it.
