I use medjool dates to sweeten smoothies occasionally, as a quick snack, or in a salad. You can make a wonderful no-bake pie crust with nuts and dates.If you’re trying to lose weight proceed with caution as they are high in sugar and a four date serving has nearly 300 calories but they do contain a lot of good stuff.
