So, it has been over a week! Tut tut. Basically it was a week where drinking and socialising took over and I let it. Well no more!
After work today I did my yoga (grounding and refreshing) and I made miso soup, which was heavenly. Basically, it consisted of this:
Chop the following:
Four stalks of asparagus into 3/4 inch pieces
A good handful of green beans into 3/4 inch pieces
Two cloves of garlic (roughly sliced)
Seven brown mushrooms (medium size and roughly chopped)
Five leaves of pak choi (roughly chopped)
Then:
Stick some water in a pan to boil – I guesstimated (about five cups?)
Add some vegetable stock powder and stir
Once simmering add asparagus, green beans, garlic and mushrooms and leave to simmer
